Follow your delivery
- Find the tracking link or AWB number in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.
- Open Shiprocket and select AWB to enter your shipment tracking number.
- If you use Order ID instead, keep the mobile number used at checkout ready for verification.

What is an AWB number?
An AWB is the shipment tracking reference assigned by the delivery service. It can be different from your Incolor order number. Use the reference shown in your shipping confirmation.
Why can’t I find a tracking update?
Check that you selected the correct reference type and copied the full number without extra spaces. A new shipment may not show movement until the courier scans it. If your reference is still not recognised, contact Incolor support.
