Shipping Policy

At Incolor Shop, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience.

1. Shipping charges and free shipping

We ship within India. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders with a qualifying order value of ₹500 to ₹20,000. For eligible orders up to ₹499, standard shipping costs ₹50. Eligibility and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.

Product-specific exceptions

• Incolor Trendy Nail Paint Combo (set of 4) has a separate ₹195 shipping rate; the standard free-shipping threshold does not waive this rate.
• Incolor Let's Go For Matte Lipstick Combo has its own free-shipping rate.

For orders containing products with different shipping arrangements, charges may be combined. Delivery availability and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. For other order values, or if checkout does not offer a delivery method, contact support@incolorshop.com before placing your order.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders within India are delivered within 3-7 business days.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment online.

5. Shipping Delays

In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns), we will keep you informed via email or SMS.
