Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Incolor Shop.
1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant pictures. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Some products such as personal care items, perishable goods, and custom-made items cannot be returned. Please check product-specific return eligibility at the time of purchase.
